What's happening with the mtsf

Reading page 12 of the agreement , 2nd paragraph from bottom says as consequence of the closure of the current db it will be necessary to amend certain other collective agreements and it goes on to say that the scheme will no longer pay augmented benefits on redundancy or Ill health , does this mean the mtsf agreement is being scrapped? Would appreciate an answer on this one.
