xmas bonus for p/t extra payment

i worked over 43 hours in weeks leading up to xmas but only got another £7.xx last week, thought pt who worked full time hours got a full bonus.

Same here - on 30 hour contract but was working 40-45 hours over xmas. Got paid £152 bonuses before xmas and then got £8 in last week's pay. have been told it's because an 'ECR' was not done for my xmas hours ( I was signing OT sheet every day for my extra prep hours in the morning ). Will be on to my rep whenever I can track him down.

I got the full bonus as a part timer, but my contract was actually changed for the Christmas period to a full time one.

...and yet I got it the previous xmas.

You would have had to been made up to be working full time temporary by your DOM,
for at least 2weeks of the 4 week Xmas pressure period.
He needs to have done this on PSP letting HR in Sheffield know.
If he doesn't do this your bonus will only reflect your contracted hours regardless of your overtime.
Your rep should have been all over this prior to the festive period!!!

This January 'top up' payment is for the CWU Underpin Payment so it is NOT based on being you contractually made up for 2 weeks
of the Xmas period (which is the RM Xmas Pay Supplement). This top up is based on proportion of OT worked on top of your P/T hours
compared to the 39 hours of a FT'er.
