Defo drove straight through a speed camera today driving at 35 in my own world.
How long will this take to turn up in the managers hands?
And when will i know by

around 3 weeks from now.
police send it to RM who send it back with the details of the delivery office and then they will pass it onto you to add your details as the driver.

Don't worry if the Speedo said 35 you will have been going a lot slower, and probably not been done

Worry about it if it turns up. I once went through a traffic light one on amber because it was either do that or a emergency stop and was convinced it was coming it never did. It had the effect of me always stopping now so in a way it did have a impact.

ACPO guidelines for prosecution 10% +2mph =35mph, as others have stated the Speedo will over read by anything up to 10%.
So you may have only been doing 32mph.
The force can prosecute at 31mph but I've yet to hear of anyone being done.
I got stung doing 37 in a 30 about 3yrs ago, I was offered a SAC ,it was £84 and no points on the license.

I went through a speed check 5mph over the limit a couple of months ago and have had no comeback

. A following white van driver followed me back to the yard to ask how fast we were going as he had amassed 9 points

The Traffic Taliban aka the former Chief Constable of North Wales certainly believed that Drivers should be prosecuted for doing 31 in a 30 zone.
