few queries

Hi, hoping you knowledgeable people can help on two things: first, is there a procedure regarding transfer to a different do. if a transfer has been requested and there are vacancies at another do and our dom is trying to and having to get rid of hours desperately, and if there are people being sent to other delivery office, yet still can't get a transfer. wanting to challenge it but need the procedure regarding it.
secondly, whilst working yesterday, twisted my knee, hobbled through last loop. got back to office and told phg, who didn't care. rang in sick today and went to dr who suspects cartilage damage. dom texted me to say it wasn't an accident at work. what are thoughts on this?

How does he know it wasn't an accident at work, is he mystic Meg. Get your Union rep involved. If you where not suffering at the start of shift then it must have happened at work.

Stuff like this really does me head in. RM do not care about their staff. All they care about if figures. Animals are treated better than us. . Hope you get better soon and don't rush back milk it has much has possible.

Make sure you get your line manager to complete an accident report with you once you are able to (i.e. Back at work)

avoid dom completely regarding transfer, if any vacancies pop up you can apply via the internal vacancy finder, get log on details from hr, then apply and if accepted transfer should happen within 28 days and dom cant do jack shite about it.

regarding accident at work, his trying to preserve his bonus, sounds like his a scumbag.

take it to rep and if he insists its not at work put in a grievance

Regarding transfer, if you can find out who they are and speak to the DOM of the other office then you could get their help to sort it for you.
