How are holidays picked in your office , is it the same in every office or is each office differen

Our office put the list up on Tuesday it was first come first served just one big rush to put your name down anywhere to get holidays which don't meet your needs. The office ar## wipes were told first.

Groups of 6 on a yearly rotation

1st pick one year you are 6th next
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

similar to acca dacca.....groups I was in the 6th of 8 groups last year.....this year with rotation im in the 5th group....next year I`ll be 4th group
