New Manager refusing to send me to OH

Need some advice on this one can any Union Rep pm me please pretty urgent its a time' thing.. Just need to know where i stand regarding this issue thanks..

I take My DOM out of the equasion whenever I can. And dont forget to tell them that your DOM is refusing your request.

had a operation on my shoulder a couple of years ago there is no record of it on my file according to him so he is telling me to prove it..On a trolley duty at present he looking to take me off it and back to carrying bags The surgeon told me no more carrying bags because if damage my shoulder again i will be left with it..

Not sure why you have deliveries that require you to carry a bag. The max weight is now 11kg maximum, but it goes down with terrain. But if you can do your delivery using a tolley, why does he want to change? I'd have thought if you know the date you had op, then just get HR to check to your sick leave. They keep records that long as we have members every bank holiday to remind them if they were unluckily enough to be sick somewhere near a BH then they like to make their usual pointless threats.
