I received one of these through my letterbox it is a collection of results of only those who bothered to reply to the survey but if these national results are now known why do our individual offices not display them or do the managers have something to hide!

They were so good they wanted everyone to know. It's a morale booster. Reminding you also,of what a great company you work for,with great benefits and T&C's. Everything is rosy in the garden.

We are told to save save save, moya get a 23% payrise, who knows what we'll get, thanks for keeping us UNINFORMED union, really nbot worth the money any more, and then the company sends these pointless crap leaflets out, at what expense ?, but we can still save save save, only the good points will be banged on about.
