25% profits, what are they going to do next to make more savings for the next lot of results ?
Think they are pushing the workforce into a strike or to make unhappy people leave to be replaced by non contract workforce.
Work to rule is the only way to win and also stop these twats coming in early.

I come in at my designated start time and half the postmen are standing around and up to date , needless to say if someone asks me a question I get the "Get on with it you haven't got time to talk" crap from the DOM .
The early starters leave on delivery earlier and take their 40 mins of lapsing whilst I don't as don't have time
I work till my finish time whilst the people who come in early are working an extra say 40 mins so they have time to do 40 mins of lapsing

Why is it still not a national agreement staff must start on there official time only? No early starters in our place now for a cpl years now .

there idiots , if everybody did the job right (we do) the company would have to put more dutys back in offices , its these people that give the dims the bullets to lasp more and take deliverys out and save money , oh and it puts pressure on there so called work mates , would you stand on a picket line with these people ?

It wouldn't make more jobs at all. They want to reduce the workforce,not increase it,the only increase they are interested in are shareholder returns,which they are legally obliged to do. Therefore,they want us to become more efficient,by means of less people doing the same amount of work,or more work,which in theory would increase profits and therefore shareholder returns and round and round we go,until there are only two people and the office cat , "Colin",left and he can't do delivery,so there we are ,end result ,no jobs,no business,everyone's a winner. Not.
The only way to stop people coming in early is to lock them out until start time,that isn't going to happen either,because Colin needs feeding at 6 a.m.

Management give keys to postman doing SA who opens up 2 hours early for all the early starters at our delivery office and no management comes in till 2 hours later

Underpressure really. If anything they put those who do the job as it should be under more pressure. Dim why is person A ready and your not. Because person A was in 2 hours before me. There you go there is my loops I'm leaving.

We have 6 office cats in before 05:30 should I burn the office down or rob their houses which would you do?
