Testing of rounds
Anyone had their round tested and done properly??? Or is that gone now. As it may just take a tad longer applying all the safety ,security,and delivery methods to the letter

It's a bit of a myth to be honest, the managers will never test a walk because they know full well that they are far too long!! I find it's just used as a last line of defence when cutting off and conduct is mentioned. Usually keeps them at bay.

We had 1 tested properly by the rep and workplace coach,it was a park and loop van share job and it came out well over 6hrs,the result is being ignored.robbertwhitton wrote:Anyone had their round tested and done properly??? No need to test the walks PDAs give them any info they need on how and what way you do your job.
