could they not for a change liken us to fed ex,,,dpd,,ups or alike.
not the person in there own car rammed full of parcels throwing them over back fences to meet there targets.
I take it Tesco`s tells its staff there the same as a market stall holder.
or BT tell there engineers there the same as the person who has an advert in the local paper telling people he does electrical work at low rates.
How about they cut a few of the hangers on at the top and use there pay to filter down to us hermes wanna be`s

Its the same old story before every dispute they try and soften the work force up with propaganda and blatant lies, its been going on for years , I find it quite amusing dissecting it into what in actual fact it all really means. They give you half truth's and want to get at the people easily panicked and worried. Years ago I would have been concerned about what they sent out, 30 yrs on I know exactly what it is and why its being sent out. Its quite disgraceful really that they treat our workforce like this sending this info out and feeding us information like naughty children that need putting in line.
Expect to receive lots more , ask yourself how all of a sudden they have come up with this extra lump sum into your pension when only a few weeks back we were told their new plan was the best they could offer. They are dipping their toe seeing and trying to see what they can get away with. As a workforce we have to say no and stand firm or the majority of us are going to be in a job that will slowly kill us. This dispute is going to be the most crucial one ever for us as a work force its vital newer members are not taken in by this propaganda crap.
