LET THEM IMPLEMENT WHAT EVER THEY WANT SOONER RATHER THEN LATER, WHEN PEOPLE WORK TO RULE ROYAL MAIL ARE GOING TO BE PAYING OUT AT LEAST 1-2 PER PERSON MORE EVERYSINGLE DAY OF THE WEEK TO GET THERE DUTIES COMPLETE .

MAKE SURE YOU GUYS ARE DOING YOUR VAN CHECKS, HCT CHECKS, HAVE THAT TEAM HUDDLE IN THE MORNING WHEN THE DOM PASSES ON COMPANY RELATED NEWS, TAKE YOUR BREAKS, USE THE LITTLE GOLFING TROLLEYS, DONT CARRY ANY PACKET BUGGER THEN A PACKET OF CRISP, YOU CAN DRIVE THEM ROUND AFTER/OR THROW THEM OFF ONTO A PACKET DUTY.

They only get away with it because we let them!
I refuse the savings 90%+ of days, there's enough work to do on my delivery in the time allocated. They know it I know it, had a couple of discussions invited the rep over and invited them to time my delivery not heard a thing since and they don't argue any more.
There's a group in our DO actively encouraging others not to start early (but still some run around to make all their cuts and management pressure work. )
If any of us are going to refuse savings or cut we always make sure there are witnesses to the discussion with Lino etc we get together when prepping decide if you have time for savings if not all go to Lino same time and tell them together. Works every time.

Can I ask what is a packet Duty?
The only people who have a packet duty in our office is a HTC delivery.

i believe you have to register here https://rmg.tbs.aon.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and then you can get the rewards, some are decent but some you can beat by shopping aroud online

They're all crap, have a look around and go to moneysaving expert and you will get a better deal on everything it's just more bs they give us to make us feel like we're so lucky working for Royal Mail,but with the way job is gone we are all going to be needing some sort of disability licence when we retire and they don't give a damn and don't listen to us on the delivery,part f bigger plan is to see ft leave to save money particularly on pensions and bring in load of part timers
