Has anyone ever had or heard of anyone having trouble getting Paternity leave. Just found out my wife is pregnant and due in December which I imagine will not go down well with management. I know it's a legal right to have it but any info would be appreciated please!

you are entitled to it as soon as your Child is born, it last two weeks and can be taken at anytime after your child is born.

December 18th sounds like a good day to be born ;)

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
