How does royal mail calculate pay? just i seem to be 13 hours short, at what day does it count from to which day, i was told an hour would carry over from last week and i did 45 hours plus the hour owed which brings it to 46 and ive only been paid 33 hours it doesnt add up :(

Your manager hasn't input all your hours owed into your PSP pay profile. Happens frequently. Keep a written record of what you do and what days.

Overtime paid one week in arrears. If your contracted hours are 25 and you did 20 hours overtime you will only get 25 hours this week and the 20 hours overtime will be added to next weeks pay.

I did and he even photocopied them when i got back from my walk on Tuesday

thats what i thought, my second weeks pay was spot on just this one that is short

its the managers blantly fiddling with the booksa to make it look liek they completed that weeks worth of work with x amount of hours, fraud in its most evident form and its widespread
