Portsmouth MPU in December Courier

So our new 11 million pound MPU/DO is featured in the new Courier. It tells it's own story that this marvellous new place has been relegated to a half page feature towards the back

The Courier came to our D.O to do a piece on a procedure we no longer did

. Spent half a day chasing people round to be in the photo , most told them to " go away "

in some form or other.

You'll be surprised to learn that the new office is hated by the vast majority. Not what The Courier would like you to believe!

that'll be right. the courier has everybody as happy as a pig in shite, and everything is hunky dory and tickety-boo. you see them all smiling and laughing for the camera and telling us how great it all is.....but we all know different.

Royal Mail's annual revenue is about £9,251,000,000 so your new "11 million pound MPU/DO" is equivalent to what they took during any 11 hours of the year

so they could build two of them every day of the year if they had nothing else to spend the money on.

True, but 11 million is a big investment, particularly for a building that isn't fit for purpose.
