and my Christmas tips are significantly down this year.

"Postal workers" and "strike" are the only three words many people have picked up from the shoddy news reports.

ITV Wales news just ran a story and used "CWU members" and "Postal workers" are striking - whilst using film of a Royal Mail delivery office! I was fuming! No wonder the public are confused when they see us out!!
