What happens
Anybody help me ? I have lost/miss placed a special 5 days ago what will happen ? I'm fairly new and not sure how they deal with this sort of thing.

What happens
What normally happens is that they have an investigation and a fact-finding interview with you. Then they make a decision based on the outcome of these.
Regarding what will happen in the end Its difficult to say with any certainty because each situation is different, but in my experience as long as you are honest during the investigation and it was an honest mistake - probably a slap on the wrist and a bit more training from your coach. It also helps if you are a brand new starter as you are expected to make mistakes.

Pretty sure part of the National Agreement specifies that genuine mistakes should be treated as such and not harshly disciplined. Retraining is probably the order of the day - Do let whoever does your fact finding interview know just how scarce or badly done your training was!
