Quick question
The law states that you have the right to be accompanied at disciplinary interviews but depending on what your chat with management is about and the possibility it could progress to a disciplinary interview my personal view is that you should at all times arrange to have a witness that you can personally trust to accompany you who can take notes on your behalf should you believe was an informal interview that suddenly without prior warning turned into a formal interview. In a formal interview you would have had to receive a written request 3 days in advance so you will be able to gauge how your talking to management is likely to progress.SpongeBobPants wrote:Is there anything that specifies that we can have a union rep with us when talking to management?
