3 or 4 duties in our office havent been signed for. Management wont even advertise them for signing just to suit themselves as far as making up rota's etc. Should they not be put up on the board immediately? How hard is it really.... :hmmmm

The Way Forward Agreement for advertising vacant duties is 6 months or 5% of the duties in the resourcing unit remaining vacant whichever comes first.
All post by me in Green are Admin Posts.
Any post in any other colour is my own responsibility.

I transfered to this office around 9 months ago, so thats well over 6 months. Also they seem to let people sign for duties in order of convenience for them rather than seniority... place is an absolute shambles :d'oh!
