When PT staff do overtime, the "SSPR" rate accounts for extra Delivery Supplement for the extra hours done, the Del Sup pay breakdown does not change.
So FT staff get the same basic gross pay (including Del Sup) as PT staff who do 39 hours from doing lots of overtime.
