Conduct code procedure

Quick query, no specific details included. Is there a time limit that RM can take disciplinary action following a conduct code issue. I am currently just over 6 months in and have only attended the initial fact finding interview right at the start. No further contact and nobody, including CWU seem to want to deal with issue despite the immense amount of stress this is causing. Any advise would be very helpful.

CWU area rep has adopted an "ignore it and it'll probably go away" approach despite me trying to get some sort of answer. If anyone knows about the time restraints some details would be very useful.
