why are job shares not allowed in delivery offices

Because managers are total dicks who don't understand that reducing the number of days of attendance per week via job share might reduce the currently farcical number of people off long term sick owing to health problems caused by this physically demanding job.

I work in delivery ,and i,m on a job share -week on ,week off 23.5 hours a week,used to be around 12 sharing 6 jobs ,but now whittled down to 2 jobs between 4 of us.
