Having seen this on sky news.... and the way he treats his employees as dog s h i t..... on zero hour contracts....

The human being is a billionaire.. when confronted by his employees.... Having to put his pockets out in a tray.... as you would in a airport....... with loads of 50 pound notes...... he was sweating his a r s e off..... his shirt was wet through...

Says to me.... he knows he is being a complete tool to his employees..... abusing them..... while he lives a lavish lifetime. .. off their hard work....

Not a rant.. but the truth...... things need to change...

Same thing could be said of the guy who sold BHS for £1 he knew he was doing wrong but made a profit out of it capitalism sucks for most of us but for them it is power over the 99% of us all and the whole establishment is involved in subjugating all for the benefit of themselves!

He doesn't seem to be very media savvy. The 'going through security check' pantomime must have been pre-scripted, not a spur of the moment decision.
You would think he'd have more sense than to pull a wad of £50 notes out of his pocket, then add insult to injury by saying he'd just been to a casino.
It just illustrates the contempt the people at the top have for the ordinary people they live off.

i would reckon at least 80% of staff of over 100 in my office do not have a break

They need too fight for their break or they will lose it nothing is ever a given lot's of men and women fought for this why are they so stupid time will come they will regret not keeping hard won rights.

He will be the ideal candidate to replace Moya. He can oversee the 6-hour deliveries/one wave etc. Then, like that crap football club he owns, we can be relegated to the second tier.

ZERO hours contracts ... You're basically a slave - living in fear being told when you can and can't work, told not to come in at very short notice, feeling like you have to attend when asked or be replaced just like that. With no idea of how much you'll earn from one week to the next and whether you'll be able to pay the bills etc. Just so a very select few at the top can 'earn' way more than they need to.

It should go without saying that Mr. Ashley is obviously a poster boy to those stinking parasitic vultures in directorship & senior management roles at RM. The more that they can introduce these dehumanising and degrading working practices under the guise of restructuring the better for them £££. Coming soon to your 'work time directive' make no mistake...
