In my office managers use their own cars daily on delivery.What insurance should they have to carry mail

Surely the question should be "Why are managers out on delivery, doing postmens work?" Does that not prove that there aren't enough hours for the opg's in the office? And more to the point, why is the union standing for it?

Based on the managers' attitude at our office, it is because all the posties are lazy-good-for-nothing sods and the managers are all wonderful and are bailing them out again.

Your not doing it so why the the concern its there fault if mail gets stolen or damaged NOT YOURS

Have noticed there has been a spate of customer complaints recently. How many of them have been because managers are now back on the streets I wonder? Who counsels and conducts them?? The DOM
