We have 2 fulltimers who have never worked at our Office

We have 2 fulltimers who we are paying out of our Delivery Office budget but have never worked at our Office.
The area manager has placed them at other offices that are permanently struggling with delivery.
The area manager then says that WE are not performing.
You couldn't make it up

Had the same thing happen at ours a while back. Reserves sent to work at an office 50 miles away to deliver failed rounds there while we failed our own

And no doubt it is hard to get days off booked at your DO, and this makes it worse

On numerous occasions we have had guys arrive at out office to help out, for the DIM to then send our own guys out to work at other offices.

They have been loaned out so user office will have to pay from their own hours.

We have 6 full timers who have never worked in our office......oh wait they are the managers
