Career break and shares payout

Would I be able to cash my shares if I went on a career break before October?

There is nothing in the guide about Career Breaks or Sabaticals so I would contact:

However, I would say that if you keep the shares, rather than surrender them, then you are unlikely to be able to sell them early. My GUESS is you will be treated the same as the rest of the employees, albeit you aren't actually working.

you need to give a minimum of 3 months notice for a career break, so that would be September anyway. however as long as you are still a RM employee your status with regard to shares does not alter.
