Does anyone know what the rules are regarding taking unpaid leave. I need to have a couple of weeks off in June but there are no spaces for me to take my normal annual leave ... there are basically no free weeks until 2017!
If i was to ask if i can take unpaid leave, what are my chances of getting it? How far in advance do you have to book it?
Any advice would be great.

depending on your circumstances look into parental leave, other than that your at the mercy of the dom, and if he won't let you take annual leave your chances of unpaid leave are pretty low, other option is to try and swap annual leave for the weeks you need
