552 overtime docket

Just noticed trueblueterrier added 552 overtime docket to the post (Royal mail glossary of terms) I'm assuming this is the form we would submit at the end of the week with all our overtime on (our copy) Do any offices still use these?

It's the office or section overtime sheet that you would claim your overtime, on a daily basis.

In our office we fill in the docket at the end of every day (if applicable of course) and on the Monday morning a dom puts it through the system for us. Perhaps worthy to note though, it's become common practice in our office to take a picture of your docket on Saturday before you go home, there's been a few hours here and there mysteriously going missing...

Thanks, I'm thinking of the wrong form then, we used to have our own copy of an overtime docket that we filled in over the week and got it signed as well as filling in the daily (552) and then submitted it at the end of the week, it allowed us to keep track of the weeks OT, they were kept in a pigeon hole box alphabetically (surnames)

As chewster says hours do seem to go missing, we had a nightmare over Christmas, loads of people missing large amounts of overtime, one postie reckoned 46 hours, I've taken photo's of my docket too, just a shame we have to do that now!

I think the white and green docket was called a Lc16.

That's the one, white & green sheet, thought about it, I imagine it was no good the minute we lost NDA & Sat premium because you claimed that on it too, would be nice to have an updated version though just to have proof of the hours you worked, Cheers
