Accident on delivery Maisonneuve fracture

I recently had an accident on delivery January 30th 2016 slipping on an icy drive/road.At a bigwig meeting regarding the accident,the health and safety manager for or area Northern Ireland said"could we not put the Saturday I was admitted to hospital down as a visit rather than me being admitted." All to make his sick days off look slightly better since it was the end of the month.My union rep told me this.The sector manager said "it is a lot worse than a visit it's a grade 1 injury." Why try and fudge days off to help there own cause. My injury turns out to be one called a Maisonnueve Fracture.Still in plaster with a lot of rehabilitation ahead. It will be a while before I am pounding the beat if at all.No doubt OH will be on the ball as soon as my consultant signs me off to my doctors care.
