Your pay is the most obvious way we reward you for your hard work, but it’s only part of the story. For the first time, we’re putting all your pay and benefits together into your own, personalised, total reward statement.

Launching soon, the statement lets you see the total value of our investment for you for the previous 12 months.

Your reward is about more than just your pay. It may include a number of different payments and benefits such as:

- overtime

- pension provision

- Free Shares through the Share Incentive Plan

Displaying your pay and benefits together like this is a clear and convenient way of showing you what you earn. It’s personalised, secure and updated regularly to keep you well informed.

You’ll be able to see your statement on My Bundle, the new benefits website. A paper copy statement will also be sent to your home address each year.

As a company you send us our yearly P60 which tells us what we have learnt in the previous 12 months.
Also once a year we are sent out pension benefits illustration.

Why on earth do we need another paper statement to be sent to our home addresses?

I have never known a company which consistently bombards its workforce with unregulated paraphernalia.

Royal mail you have the courier newspaper, courier specials, courier newsflashes, WTLL sessions, RMTV, messages on wage slips to get your message across.

Why do you think somebody who has been at work all day wants to come home and find more nonsense from you on their doormat?

I have never attended a WTLL session and never seen RMTV not that I'm probably missing much.
I had suspected that "Your pay is the most obvious way we reward you for your hard work" and it's reassuring after all these years to have that confirmed.

Gotta agree, what a load of crap!! Will it show all the OT that hasn't been paid or missed paid, or all the annual leave that you've not been able to book.

Plus I don't call getting paid for doing a days work a benefit, sounds like RM have been working with the tories, spout enough crap enough times and they think everyone believes it.

Can just hear RM now, when they try and cut our pay - 'Of course we are only cutting some benefits, our workers will still have a job that they should be grateful for, with a just a few less benefits.'

Causing a distraction as the top team begin their war on pay, pension, sick pay, reserved rights, redundancy. Giving up on the way we work, they will cut everything, whilst showing our reward has never been better. Free shares, dividends, uniform, pension salary exchange, but the total package gets smaller.

Do believe that the 'free shares' where actually part of the Parliamentary Act that gave green light to privatise the Royal Mail. Unsure how that can be seen as a benefit that the company is responsible for? I can actually walk to my place of work, is this also a benefit? The exercise I get every day (10-12 miles walking) helps me to keep (relatively) fit should this not be included?........strangely I don't feel as well-motivated as I did 20 years ago when all this information wasn't handed to me in this simplified format, as for my Pay/Pension etc. I've got contracted Terms & Conditions agreed with my Union, the CWU.

More crap..would be nice to get paid the right money every week,but no the dom always rips us off so he gets a better bonus,I really enjoy my work,but one of the worst company's I've worked for

A new way to see my pay would be to see it go towards a nice Xmas present for all those nice people at RM who have made my walk the equivalent of walking the length of the Great Wall of China 3 times but without all the pleasant scenery.
