Any other o ffices use the caroet and brush approach to dog bites? It seems the way to go,despite the posters etc . college got bit last friday by a dog who bit another colleague a month before!???.he reported it to manager,did you use your posting oeg he asked? Of course he hadnt been issued with one,he could have stabbed dog with it as his head came through the cat flap and bit him?! Its laughable truly! And Saturday was great as we had sickness and we couldn't and wouldn't cover it he made us take our meal break on our return to the office for 40 mins just like detention at school!! God its a fun job???

You cannot be made to take your break at the end of duty by anyone?! If I've got this right then your saying your manager is trying to force postmen to take break at the end?! If that's the case then take out a grievance against him or even take him on for bullying and harassment as that is totally not on!!
