Wallington (one in six) and bank holidays

Some advice please.
1. If you are on the wallington system in delivery ( one week off in six) and your week off falls on a bank holiday are you entitled to be paid for it? We normally just have an extra days leave given back to us but the current situation in our office odd days leave are impossible to book so in reality we lose a day.

2. A member on delivery took a buy down from six days a week to three days a week, while he was full time he worked four of the six wallington (rota weeks) accruing four days leave but the DOM is refusing to give his days

Advice and if possible links to any agreements/procedures would be greatly appreciated thanks.

1. When you book leave in advance each year the form shows you a credit of 1 day holiday if a BH falls within it - this will be clear on your leave sheet as an adjustment +1. In theory the Wally Week works the same so you should be credited an extra day. When it is credited (in the next years' leave calculation?) or when it is documented I admit I'm not actually sure.

2. In the case of those who work Wally Weeks as OT and do the whole 6 days they should get 6 days' pay as OT rather than just 1 round basic week based on 5 days. If they only got paid a basic 39 hours OT say for actually working all 6 (47 hours) then they've surely lost out somewhere??

you should get a credit for a b/h if it's your rota day off, or in the week off in your case, the credit won't show until it's actually passed the date then you ask for an updated print out.
pass on the 3 day week but would assume they get half of day credit?
