Holidays

Post by ten_mile »

Does anyone know how many days holiday you are entitled to if you have been with the company 14 years? I've been getting the bog standard 5 weeks each year since forever? Is it not meant to increase with time served? :whistle

Increase 5 years and then 15; nothing for 10.

The holiday entitlement is:
On entry - Four and a half weeks.
After 5 years - Four weeks and 3.5 days.
After 15 years - Five weeks and 1 day.
after 20 years - Six weeks.
