Hello ,Just a question about IHR If you get it before 55 do you get some kind of pension from royal fail as well as the lump sum

Depends on whether you are offered ihr with or without pension, both are possible depends on what oh assist recommend

There are two types of IHR:

IHR with lump sum – You will get 34 weeks pay plus a max of 12 weeks PILON depending on service.
IHR with immediate payment of pension – Your RMPP will be uprated and paid early without the need to wait until age 55.

You will only get the second option if you’re deemed to be incapable of ever working again.
