Anyone Else See This Coming A Mile Off?

Following the changes to the SA Holiday Payment, where staff now get paid their SA if they are on holiday( or if it falls on a bank holiday,)
we are now having trouble covering these SA duties as most of the staff are using the brains and booking their holiday accordingly. Combine this with leave reserves taking Annual Leave at the same time and having duties lapsed to save money, the end result is typical Royal Mail.

This isn't a complaint against the employees, this is just another very obvious example of the incredibly poor management that we have to suffer.

Think yourselves lucky, SA doesn't even exist in our offices and hasn't for the last 10 years or so.
