changing my day off to create lieu days

so our manager told us today hes managed to give people extra wees off and additional lieu day space right after xmas on that saturday. how is he doing this? by cancelling every leave reserves day off which for a few of us will be saturday and moving it to xmas day so the senior guys can have the sat off instead. this is just wrong on all levels. ive been told i can have a lieu day.. yayy.

Doesn't surprise me, whenever theres a bank holiday the reserves at our place always get shafted by being told on the Tuesday after the bank holiday that the Monday was their day off. And then the managers wonder why they won't do overtime.
