Ive been invited to attend an interview whilst on sick leave

Wonders never cease!

Whilst on sick leave trying to rest and recover I get a letter from my manager expressing their concern and inviting me to attend an interview to discuss how they can support me!

I NEVER NEW THEY CARED


The letter is so patronising it needs to framed

They must as part of their duty stay in touch and all that other touchy feely billhooks. The upshot is they'll try and guilt trip you into returning to work before you feel up to it with promises of light duties, easing you in slowly (oo-er missus). Gong the f***ers off for as long as possible, if you make it in to the meeting they could try and say if you're fit enough to attend a meeting there's no reason you can't make it in to work. Tell then you're too ill to make it in to any meeting.

ive been off 4 months now with knee issues ive had i thik 4 or 5 of these meetings they last about 5-10 minutes ive got nothing to hide and it gets me out oft he house for a bit, its nothing to be worried or concerned about
