When are we going to scrap this shite. We've seen now and again a suited, spectacled arse walking round drinking coffee from costa looking like they haven't done a single delivery in their life and still live with mum for the past year. And what's changed/improved over this time, absolutely sod all. Then you read that bit in courier about WCM and you just have to laugh. Common sense would and does tell you to fit a sump guard on some rural vans and the thought of a cleaning league table is beyond a joke. And as for the geeks rob and Ricky on the front picture.......I give up :cuppa

If RM cannot instruct managers to follow their national standard 30mins of paid WTLL per week, where we are paid to listen to RM news, why would I want to read a propaganda paper telling me of developments for nothing?

It's a criminal waste of time. It took our 2 WCM leads 3 weeks to come up with a new sorting frame that was immediately binned as it was useless. I said I'd do it, and they wanted me to go on a full days course to learn how to. :funneh

I said no, saw the union rep and wrote one out in less than 30 minutes.

Page 2. A 9am Special delivery in a grey sack. Shouldn't all Specials be in green ones ? :shock:

Prime Minister stamps. Grey, Churchill and Wilson shown on the wrapper. Gladstone, Peel and Churchill shown on page 17. :Very Happy They daren't show the Thatcher stamp ( except just distinguishable with good eyesight in the set ). :shock:

What is the cr*p with The Strategy page, workplace coach said 'try up to 3 neighbours(must have a cushy delivery)if they bring items back we ask them to fill in a form!!!!!
