As a long term employee and having 6 weeks annual leave, I have 3 weeks leave in November, if i was to leave the company now would i get paid my 3 weeks leave on my last pay date? :cuppa

No you get x amount of days per month worked from april to april so by november you would have earned just over half your annual leave

You would normally be expected to take any leave due to you during your notice period. In exceptional circumstances your DOM can authorise Outstanding leave to be paid in your final pay.
