Im on a 25hr contract but I usually do full time hours so ive been told to put down any overtime everyday anything over 6.15hrs a day over 4 days and the fifth day I write it down as a day out.
Next week my only day off is Monday which falls on the bank holiday so ill be owed a day which we have agreed ill take the following week on the monday after the bank holiday.
So my Question is how do work out my OT hours for the week ill take my day in lieu? Ill probably be in on full.time hours that week with my day in lieu for monday off and a natural day off will fall on thursday bare in mind im on a 25hr contract working full time hrs the rest of the week.?!

you normally work 4x 6:15 days so when you take a TOIL day you do 3x 6:15 days and anything above this is OT. Seems simple enough?

You'll only get paid your contracted hours for the day in lieu you have off mate, they don't pay you what overtime you might have done had you not booked a day off, it doesn't work like that.
