I had a car accident a fewweeks ago and im still in pain in my lower back ive been advised by the dr to notidy the insurance company to see about personal injury claim to try and get physio quicker than waiting for nhs, I was just wondering if anyone would recommend using the cwu legal people or go through the insurance I have legal protection on my policy or even possibly go through an independent no win no fee company. Sorry if this is in the wrong place

Go with the union scheme. You will not be liable for any charges whatsoever. PM me if you need any advice. Been through this myself

OHAssit (formerly ATOS) may be able to get physio quicker than waiting for NHS. Ask your line manager to refer you.
