Every day they are sat in the office on their pc's while the company crumbles around us. Why can't they earn their money like us? No need for every line manager to stay indoors (6 in our office) . Let the rle / callers office or dom answer the phone. I really can't understand it. discuss....

We have a cluster f*ck, I mean Dom and a rolling revue of 2-3 linos who draw lots to see who has to stay until we start getting back from delivery, a Dom Assist who also seems to never work his hours as does our PHG who works only half his time with every Saturday off. And don't get me started on the two WCM suck ups ( one's our H&S rep )

Was once the same in our DO but our surplus rolling managers have all been farmed off elsewhere. Too many cooks n all.
Plus now those left find themselves going out in their cars doing bits of lapsing we've turned down. We've several full-timers on sick leave and hours have been slashed from budgets.
They go out on delivery, leave the PHG in charge and take over his duties when the Callers' Office closes as PHG then has lapsing to do too - even though he doesn't drive!
Next day they blame us for the cock-ups they made out on delivery
Saturday they push the overtime boat out so they can go home early.

My heart goes out to them , they might get their hands dirty while delivering! Hope the cops check them out for business insurance.
