Employee Survey
Does anyone ever get any LOCAL feedback with regard to the above. I have been with RM 7years and only once have we received any and that was about 4 years ago, when a temp Dom was in charge so it didn't reflect on her. Every year I ask, only to be promised it "will happen". All i can think is it is always bad news for them and not for sharing. I read in the "Courier" every year that your local manager will share this and that with you, so an action plan can be implemented. Not in our office sunshine. Also this year we were instructed we had to fill it in and it back to him; funny that.

They used to display the results on the wall but not for the last 3 years.

It's not compulsory to fill it in... neither is it compulsory to fill it in and hand it back to your boss... one tactic this capitalist business has adopted from the Soviet Union... creating the image that all is rosy in the garden...

Ta for the reply. Never a truer word spoken. if you believed everything in the monthly mag, the shares would be £10, and I would a millionaire Rodney. I have emailed Moya in the past about a different subject, which brought about a positive outcome. Better not do it again, still think he is wary of me over the last time, keeping the peace and all that. The trouble is I work in a little office of about thirty souls and we never ever see an area manager or anyone else, ever. We are told he is coming, but its only when we are out on delivery, " i wonder why".

We'll no local results at our office. Also not been told which office won the 'donation to local charity' for the office with the most completed survey forms returned. Guess that was lies.

Your unit results will be shared with you soon. You and your colleagues can then discuss these and agree key actions.
We will also communicate our corporate action plans and initiatives.
Managers will input finalised team action plans onto Archway, our action planning tool.
The CEC will regularly review progress made across the business.
