Anyone noticed ?
How much extra work your DOM is doing lately,im sure you've noticed they are prepping ,doing part deliverys ,pestering staff with the hurry up ,im just wondering if they have targets to meet and could they very shortly be due there next 3 GRAND BONUS

get your rep to lodge disagreements about it, he is taking money out of posties pockets by doing this, yes they do have targets but they are april to april,

Our Dom started prepping the walk i double prep acting as a porter bringing mini yorks over for me, i thought how nice of him 
he has finaly come about to what i have been telling him i need help double prepping, but no as he was dissapearing into his office he said you will all manage to lapse now 
, more savings for the office
