Looking for a bit of info.
I started in 2006 as a Postman, done a van change over in 2009.
Can I stop driving for the company and go back to just being a walking postman?
My manager says I can't due to me doing a change over as Royal Mail had to pay for that?

As the previous post says, depends on your contract. Don't believe your DOM as most of them don't know what they are talking about and just say the first thing that comes into their head. They wouldn't know what's what if it hit them in the nuts.
