Our office is stating they are making loops smaller so trollies should not be used under an 8kg bag also changed our start and finish times in the bb area we lost our main union rep and wow without him we have no union

No matter what the weight of the bag a trolley should be used. The system is designed to get weight off our backs and not just heavy weight. If you have a loop wih just one bundle and no packets then fair enough not using a trolley. The moment it requires a bag then you put it on a trolley and not your back unless theres a good reason not to, such as you delver to flats and would have to leave it unattended.
The new equipment is mandatory and if you go and contact area rep and area manager you should get results.

Ask whomever stated that the equipment is not to be used to put it in writing then flag it up to the area rep
