NIGHTSHIFT ALLOWANCE
Can any one tell me If I am entitled to nightshift allowance.Starting at 3.20am

you would be entitled to an early start allowance ( not night) but only if you start at that time on duty and not on overtime, for starts between 3.00 and 5.00 am IIRC
