Revision Payments?

I've read in other threads about out standing payments (£200+ ?) to do with revisions and also union reps mention them when holding meetings ... are these paid out to all posties, or only permanent staff or union members?

Though 4 years after the introduction of BT 2010 and the Transformation Lump Sums, it is laughable that some people still haven't had the full amount.

3 and a half years after p&l and still £200 outstanding this has got to be managements fault as we dont know what we have to do to trigger final payment

This is not management fault it is your local union rep insisting that if P&L was introduced as part of the revision then the revision change should have been agreed between management and union and signed off and final £ 200 to be paid within 28 days. You need to chase this up.

The £1000 in Transformation Lump Sums was to be paid for indoor and outdoor revisions.

We had this happen to us until a new DOM took over and got ALL our revisions completed and signed off and all within a couple of months of taking over. The previous DOM just dragged his feet and made excuses all the time as to why we couldn't get our payment and he was there from just before the start of our new delivery methods, about four years ago!

So anyway, if a postie resigned (left RM) a week or so after receiving this payment, would he have to pay it back?

No if he met all the qualifying rules, which include a payment date then I am 99% certain he wouldn't be expected to.

i dont we will get our £800 within 10 years from now
