had anybody used this, i sed my application back signed on the 15th and jus wondering how long it takes to hear back off them.

they will process it on the 15th april now then you should get the voucher within ten working days by email

think mine took less than 5 days from applying to getting the bike.
almost ready for brushing the cobwebs off it again

I've had my bike for nearly two weeks now. My first application failed as my contract was up soon, so when I was given a long term contract I applied again and it all went through within a month. If all goes well, you'll get a Letter of Collection (LoC) from Halfords, which you take to them and get the bike and any gear you want. If you applied online at My RM, you can see where in the process your application is. Just go back to the Benefits section and click on Cycle2Work.

As already said, they process applications on the 15th of each month. If yours was processed this month then you'll get the voucher anytime now, otherwise it will be after the 15th April.

But no you don't get money towards a bike,

In effect, you hire a bike for an amount sacrificed from your salary, and you don’t pay any tax or National Insurance on the amount you sacrifice.
