hi just after a bit of advice on my stage warnings i was reissued a stage 2 on 17th of sept for my absence on 13/08 i havnt had a day off since when does my stages start to change also what date do they change from the day i was off sick or the day it was issued thanks

That can't be right. I was off sick in march last year and wasn't even asked in for a stage 3 interview until november. If any thing was issued then I would have well over a year to clear the procedure

We have had several problems on the recording of sick absences as there is a time lapse from the actual dates of absence and the interview dates when that absence was recorded which means that the time periods from coming off the procedure are inaccurate and management stealing several months. You should notify the manager who issues the stage warnings that the stage warning commences from your back to work interview and not the date the stage absence was issued.
