one of the busiest days ive seen on mail for a very long time 4 full jammed packed boxes of sequence first thing, then 3 full boxes for the second lot of sequence.

not at all moaning good to see !been with rm 4 years .

end of the financial year and start of new one. With an election coming up soon it won't slacken off for a while.

Yesterday I had 6 full trays on the first and 2 1/2 on the second! Bloomin long day.

Yeah, got absolutely battered here as well, must have had more mail today than mon and tues combined.

I find it almost impossible to believe that every company who's mail we delivered today insisted that it had to go out on precisely Thurs 13/3 and not a couple of days earlier or later (i.e. this mon-tues or next mon-tues)... why oh why our glorious leaders can't have the intelligence to spread the workload through-out the week is completely beyond me.

council tax bills. we had it yesterday 12th but hardly any parcels but got slaughtered with parcels today 13th as they must have been held back

Its been tough the last few weeks. The misses came home from work yesterday and found me sparked out asleep. I sat down for 20 mins and just went out like a light.

Why guess? Go on your council's website and see if they have been issued.

Yes, the bvggers came out on a Saturday last year as I remember. We had a stupid junk Tesco blue card for about 2/3 of our calls Wednesday, today was busy as was Monday, and even Tuesday was heavier than expected. This has been a heavy week no doubt....

Election leaflets earn you a premium somebody told me? (I was on rota week last year when they came out.)

Already had our Council Tax mail in our postcode area.. it would appear that they held back the flats to allow us to get it all done and then clobbered us with two days worth of flats plus leftovers of the Council Tax mail today and topped that lot up with SD's, Tracked, SF's and normal packets, been a heavy week so far, am so glad it's nearly over. Got home yesterday around 4pm and sparked out in front of the TV and woke up at 11pm! Got back earlier today and snoozed for a couple of hours..

Council tax, been told by DOM/DIM that we've got 3 days to do them!..but don't forget to do your lapsed!!!???...thanks!!!

We have to do our Council Tax mail on the day we get it. The DIM wouldn't let us spread it over 2-3 days either. Why don't RM have consistency over deliveries on items like this? Surely it makes sense to spread these over a 2-3 days and make the loads even each day rather than get buried under a massive amount all in one day.

I know... I'm pissing in to the wind with this one!
